My back hurts so badly and I can’t sleep. I haven’t been able to sleep longer than a few hours for three days. 6 hours of sleep in 3 days is fucking stupid. I can feel the ribs out of place under my shoulder blade. I wish my brain would shut the fuck up. It always picks the worst times to start reminding me of what a mess I am. It’s like it knows I had a borderline okay day today and decides, “Oh hey, remember the time when you fucking suck and will never be good enough for anyone or anything? Me too.” Smug bastard. I just want to sleep, for days. Weeks even.
